How to Download WordPress on Ubuntu

Rename the file wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php using the following command.
sudo mv wp-config-sample.php wp-config.php
Now, open the wp-config.php file using any text editor of your choice and make changes to the database details, as shown below.
define('DB_NAME', 'wordpress');
define('DB_USER', 'root');
define('DB_PASSWORD', 'password');
define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
Save the changes and exit the file.
Step 5: Finish the Installation
Finally, navigate to the WordPress installation page by opening your web browser and typing in the following URL.
http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
This will take you to the WordPress installation page, where you need to enter the site information and admin details. Once you complete the installation process, you can log in to your WordPress dashboard.
